Human Heart Nature Antipolo Branch opens!

HNN

Another branch of Human Heart Nature recently opens and caters its buyers who cant afford to travel all the way to Cainta & Sumulong Antipolo branch. This new branch is situated just few minutes away from Super Metro & Antipolo Church.

I, myself is a buyer, loyal patron due to the company’s advocacy and the almost organic products that they offer. In the midst of all GMO products, this company stood up and continued its vision to offer items that are animal-cruelty free, organic, no chemicals or almost no chemical products, great right?

I drop by this morning to purchase a few items. Please see photo below. I will have a separate blog for each item based on their category 🙂

BPI Pre-approved Personal Loan

I received 2 messages from BPI, one was last March and another one today Oct. 17, asking if I would like to avail a pre-approved personal loan. I havent contacted the person in charge yet, as I am quite busy. But i think personal loan starts at 20k, it depends on your deposit amount to the said bank and how long you’ve been using their service. As soon as I get a chance to drop by to their office, I will update you guys 🙂

My daily MedTech Student Life :)

A Medtech student is definitely “NOT MAARTE”, why? because everyday, you’ll be handling a lot of specimens from different patients. So, during my college days, we are already aware of what our life or job would be after finishing this program.

Venipuncture activity.

I’m a certified “regular 3rd Yr student” now, after 2 years of being irregular “mygosh”… and everyday, its always Laboratory activities, exams & quizzes + MEMORIZATION!

So, if you are brave to see BLOOD everyday, not choosy, go ahead, and enroll for a BSMT course. This program is very challenging, yet very much fulfilling as every accurate lab results you do means another life saved! 🙂

My Road to RMT (Registered Medical Technologist)

RMT = Registered Medical Technologist

Also known as Medical Laboratory Scientist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist

a 3 letter word. Very important job in the medical industry yet very hard to achieve.

WORDS TO REMEMBER:

  • Lab Technician = a graduate of BS Medical Technology but did not pass the board exam.
  • RMT or Registered Medical Technologist =  a graduate of BS Medical Technology and PASSED the board exam.

Sorry guys, its been a LOOONNGG time while since my last post, I was blown away by my premed course, weekends is my break. Now, i find myself writing again in order to share to you my experiences. I am now a 3rd year BSMT Student and the major subjects are  drowning me to the fullest. maygaad! 😵😵😵

Cant wait for the INTERNSHIP 🙂

5days a week i have to be at the school from 8am to 5pm. My subjects are:

  • Hematology1
  • Parasitology
  • Clinical Chemistry 2
  • Histology
  • Bacteriology
  • MedTech Laws
  • Laboratory Management
  • Research

And also, too many laboratory activities , Among all the subjects listed above, I find the Hematology the most challenging subject. I have plenty of stories to share, so if you’d like to be updated, kindly subscribe to my blog. Thank you 🙂

What is the best pre-med course in the Philippines?

You are here because you are looking for an answer what is the BEST pre-medicine course if someone would like to pursue a BS Medicine course in the Philippines? Yes, you find the right site 🙂

First, let us define what do we mean by “pre-medicine” course?

PRE MEDICINE COURSE is a preparatory course if you like to continue BS Medicine course, it is often a medical course such as BS Medical Technology, BS Nursing, BS Physical Therapy, BS Radiology Technology, BS Biology, anything about science or medical science.

Like you, i stumbled upon checking the internet to verify if what is the best premed course? So, i started collecting all my transcript of records and enrolled myself – i chose BS Medical Technology or BS in Medical Laboratory Science.

Why did i chose BSMT? as i checked its curriculum or subjects, I found similarity in the subjects in BSMD, these subjects are as follows:

  • Anatomy & Physiology
  • Biochemistry (actually, BSMT has 7 chemistry, hahah, yes its 7 chemistry subjects)
  • Psychology
  • Microbiology (1 & 2)
  • Hematology
  • Parasitology
  • Pharmacology

I got this BSMed curriculum prior to choosing BSMT course, as you can see some subjects are alike.

So, those subjects will really help you into grasping the “masalimuot” na mundo ng BSMed. other than that, you’ll be “REALLY GOOD” in blood extraction (Venipuncture, Skin puncture & ABG or Arterial Blood Gas), microscopy, “interpretation of laboratory results”, as you will be dealing with all of these in your 3rd year & 4th years BSMedtech course 🙂

PS :

I will be posting our photos in the Laboratory, so you can visualize it well.

Reviews : Tenda NH326 Wireless Wifi Router 300mbps

I purchased last week a wifi router for our residential house. I was enticed to buy this item because it claims that its 3x WALL PENETRATING wifi router. That claim is for me to prove.

20160110_115701

So I logged in to my Lazada account, Add this item to my cart, check out and clicked Cash on delivery (COD) as my mode of payment.

After about 3days, the courier rang our doorbell and gave me the package. I paid him and immediately tried this Tenda… I am so pissed with the PLDT wifi router that the company provide to their subscriber, aside from it doesn’t penetrate the wall, the internet signal does not cover our entire house 😦 waste of money, since you are also paying for this router. I guess its just 150mbps, thats why the signal is very limited…

20160110_115840This photo is the actual set of Tenda NH326

I set up the router, it took  3 trials before I was able to hook up the wifi sinal (ugh!). Im not really that techie, LOL. I then tried to check all the signals from the 2nd floor to ground floor of the house. By the way, my house is concrete so, this Tenda router is really the best option for me. I am happy to know that there still wifi signal up to our kitchen, hahhaa

Overall, this is a great item, I bought it for the price of P1,411 which includes free shipping fee 🙂
